My Just Married Banner on Style Me Pretty!

You guys!! I have been keeping a little secret from you! That's why I haven't posted in forever, I'm terrible at keeping secrets and didn't want to give it away. ;) At least that's the story I'm sticking with.

Over the summer I spent some time working with Courtney Shaw of Fabulously Chic Weddings on a special banner... and the post went live on Style Me Pretty today! (I'm on such a high, Style Me Pretty is the holy grail of event blogs!)

Now go check out the full gallery, it is GORGEOUS!

Purple & Gold Pocketfold Wedding Invitations

I made these beautiful pocketfold wedding invitations for my sister-in-law's brother & future sister-in-law (got that?!). She picked a stunning color combination of plum purple & antique gold. Since the colors were so striking we decided to keep the wording & design on the simple side.

Gold is having a major moment right now and judging from what brides have been requesting this seems be the hottest color combo for upcoming fall weddings.

I started making wedding paper goods back in 2007-2008 while planning my own wedding. I've learned so much since then & my skills have greatly improved. I am so lucky that I've been able to turn this into a successful business. I still have to pinch myself to be sure it isn't a dream! :)

It has been a joy working with Barbie. I will be making lots of matching goodies for her September reception, so stay tuned for more!

Kraft Paper Wine Bottle Labels

Hooray for happy accidents! An Etsy customer requested a set of my Wine Bottle Table Number Labels to be made using ivory labels instead of the usual white. I figured no problemo, I can do that! Nope. Not quite so easy, the ivory labels wouldn't take my ink. They looked terrible. I was so upset, ready to refund my customer's money when I did a little research and dicovered kraft label paper! Who knew?!

I love the way they turned out and I think my customer will too!
